공작이끼과(Hypopterygiaceae)는 참이끼아강에 속하는 이끼과의 하나이다. 공작이끼목(Hypopterygiales)의 유일한 과로 공작이끼(Hypopterygium flavolimbatum) 등을 포함하고 있다.
