김선기(1960년 5월 20일~)는 대한민국의 물리학자이다.

고려대학교 물리학과를 졸업한 뒤 미국 페르미국립가속기연구소(Fermilab) D0실험그룹 초빙과학자가 되었고 현재 기초과학연구원 중이온가속기구축사업단사업단장과 서울대학교 물리천문학부 조교수/부교수/교수를 겸임하고 있으며, 한국 암흑물질 탐색실험의 총책임자직을 맡고 있다.
