미마로파 지방

미마로파 지방(MIMAROPA), 또는 제4-B구(Region IV-B)는 필리핀 루손섬에 위치한 지방으로 중심 도시는 칼라판이며 인구는 2,559,791명(2007년 기준), 면적은 29,621 km2이다. 5개 주와 2개 도시를 관할한다. "미마로파"는 이 지방을 구성하는 5개 주(서민도로주와 동민도로주, 마린두케주, 롬블론주, 팔라완주)의 머리글자를 조합해서 붙여진 이름이다. 2002년 5월 22일 남타갈로그 지방이 분리될 때 칼라바르손 지방과 함께 신설되었다.
